Michelle Choy is a mum of 6 kids aged 10-24, an Occupational Therapist, Parent Coach and International Certified Professional Trainer, IPMA (U.K.). She was honoured to be one of Singapore’s 40-over-40 inspiring women 2021, with the award presented by Ms Sun Xue Ling, Minister of State, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Social and Family Development. She has 5 daughters and 1 son, and they live in Singapore. She is a firm believer in giving children a happy and stress-free childhood, eschewing the academic rat race, and is Founder of The Little Executive , equipping children with resilience and executive function skills. She is one of Singapore’s Top Parenting Experts and is a sought-after speaker specialising in Parenting and Education talks.

Michelle is regularly invited to share her wisdom and experiences on national TV, Radio and print media. She has been on MediaCorp Channel 5 The 5 Show, Channel 5 Talking Point, Channel 8 Hello Singapore, 93.8 Live Radio Parenting Made Easy with Susan Ng, featured on The Sunday Times Life!, LianHe Zaobao, LianHe Wanbao and YAHOO Singapore.
She has co-authored the book Keep Calm and Mother On: 21 Stories from Mothers with Children aged 1 – 21 with the chapter Navigating the Wild Wicked Web, done freelance writing for Mother & Baby Singapore, and was interviewed by Dr Phillip Towndrow for his book “Walking with God as a Christian Parent”.
She was invited to a closed door session with Education Minister Ng Chee Meng (2018), and was a guest panellist on the Ministry of Education’s (MOE) Ask Me Anything About Preparing your child for the transition back to school. She was also on the “Ask The Experts” panel on Preparing for Primary 1: What every parent needs to know, at the National Library.
She was a guest speaker on POSB Parents Live session on the ABCs of Home based learning, and has given numerous public talks on topics such as “Developing resilient children”, “Crucial skills your child needs to succeed in the 21st century“, “Parenting 6 kids in Singapore without going mad or broke”, “Post-natal depression”, and “Inculcating healthy sleep habits in children.“
